I can’t say enough good things about SERVPRO of NW & SE Dutchess Counties. From the very first night our water damage happened, Zack called me right away and patiently walked me through what to expect and how the process would go. I had some flooding in my basement. Serve pro responded quickly, took moisture measurements, and set up blowers and a dehumidifier. Their technicians were courteous and professional. Basement was dried out very quickly with no residual moisture or effects. Would definitely call them again!

Came to my rescue 2 days before Xmas when my basemant flooded. Made an extremely stressfull situation so much easier. Friendly, reassuring and professional!! Would definatley call them again, hopefully won't have to
