The expansion valve broke on our boiler in October and hot water was flowing out of our garage. Our family room is on the other side of the garage and there was a fluid inside as well. Everything was soaked. The rug was totally ruined as well as the wall inside. The water traveled into 2 closets. It was a mess! I had the siding ripped off the side of my house because the cable company screwed up something with the line coming across the street... Servpro was there within a couple of days with there busy schedule and had the side of my house looking like nothing ever happened.They showed up when they said they would and they finished it in a day....Cant thank them enough...Great service....great people...great price!!!!!!..Thanks again!!!!!
Never having had catastrophic plumbing issues before I was an emotional mess trying to figure everything out with insurance and damage to my home. Servepro took the time to walk me through the process and made sure everything was taken care of. I hope I never have an issue like this again but if I do I'd definitely use servepro.
