DO NOT RECOMMEND. After being referred to this branch by my public adjuster, I can not express my discontent with this company enough.... On day (2) I noticed a pair of designer shades along with a $100 bill that was taped to the wall in the master bedroom (this was in honor of my deceased grandfather) were missing. I reported this and miraculously the shades were brought back into the house with the explanation, they mistook it for trash. This was insane as they hadn't even started to discard items. I experienced a flood in my condo that came from a unit above me. Water infiltrated every single wall of my apartment. I thought it was weird when ServPro’s solution was simply to place a bunch of fans around my home, without cutting open any walls or inspecting for mold. They told me absolutely nothing would need to be replaced, and I found that peculiar.
