Servpro helped me with a basement water issue. It turned out that the water was coming into the house from the ground outside - due to all the recent rain. There was nowhere else for it to go. Their crew was here within 2 hours after my initial phone call. They placed several fans and dehumidifiers to dry the floor and deter mold.There was existing mold that they treated. Because the next day fell on a weekend & I wasn't able to get a plumber to install a new sump pump immediately, the crew left their equipment with me. They... read more
