I had a very poor experience with this Servpro. They inflated the pack out, pack back, and storage fees to the point that my home insurance denied their services. They charged my insurance over $55,000 for these services for the contents of 3 bedrooms not including dining room or living room. The insurance requested proof of the hours, and the work that was billed and Servpro refused to provide the documentation, because they were unable to support the charges.
