Top notch company from the owner to staff! We were flooded from Hurricane Helene in Florida. Drake and his team from Chicago helped us tremendously by consulting with us which walls needed to be removed or needed air holes so we could do it ourselves and save on expenses. They also monitored the moisture level in our walls and provided the fans to dry everything out. The whole team was professional, knowledgeable, and just downright friendly. Thank you so much during our time of despair!
NEVER use this franchise! They did not protect our property: didn't contain plaster dust, cleaned equipment in kitchen and bath sinks, exceeded scope of work, used substandard materials, improperly installed electric.
