They are not worth the time I am still trying to get my items from a garage fire cleaned up. The owner of Servpro assured me in the beginning that they could have it all done in a few months. Wrong had to call to get stuff done A big dumpster sat in my driveway for months.. The job was a complete fubar from the onset. This fire happened in 2020 of Dec. I finally had to fire them he left the job undone.. Now I have someone doing it and then all Servpro got done was a new garage door and new opener and all the drywall removed ... read more

DO NOT CALL SERVPRO DO NOT TRUST THESE FOLKS They have left our family in worse shape than the original small area of water damage.Untrained workers, brought in by untrained supervisor, leads to disasters and far more damage than you can imagine.They have left wet insulation, damaged appliances, granite tiles in our sink and garbabge disposal, completely cutting our sub floors past joist, resulting in even further damages. They conducted an Asbestos test in a piece of linoleum left under the dishwasher. The results came back... read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I called on a Friday evening to schedule a cleaning. I was upfront with exactly what I would need done. I'm having pest services performed and the tech advised me to do a thorough cleaning beforehand so the poison would adhere better and be more effective. He advised a good scrub of floors, baseboards, walls and inside cabinets. This will be my third (and hopefully, last) treatment. They did somewhat perform the work but it took a lot longer than stated; according to neighbors only worked maybe half an hour several weeks; believe they are over priced; broke things like radiator valve and would not pay for some of their damages; there was still dog feces on walls, woodwork, doors, staples in flooring, graffiti still on cement, broke quarter rounds; they would never say what they turned on instead of the valve I told them to turn on by window. they overcharged for the work that was done. they were going to take as long as they could to get all the money that the insurance would let them milk them out of ,at my expense and my discomfort of having my home a wreck. told insurance company I was turning my fans off ,it was going to take longer.i told them to leave at day 2 . told insurance company I was hard to deal with...... all I wanted was my home taken care of not make them a lot of money,for doing nothing.
