I have had a few floods in my home since 2011. Each time I called Michael at Servpro of Northridge/Granada Hills. I would not even think of calling anyone else to help me! Michael is an expert in his field. The utmost care, professionalism and attention to detail was demonstrated after my floods. I was informed of each step that was taken in restoring my home. Michael truly cares about his customers. I feel truly blessed that I can count on him to always do the very best job possible.

When our home flooded, our insurance company referred us to ServePro. Working with ServePro was such a fortunate choice for me and my family. We were blown away by how efficient and professional they were and how they were willing to really go the extra mile for us. They treated our belongings with care as they worked tirelessly. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Hope I never need them again, but if I do, they’ll be my first call. Fantastic company and excellent work.

Michael and his team at ServePro, Northridge, CA are the best! As a property manager for more than 40 years, I have experienced serious water damage several times before. Michael showed up on time when promised brought all the equipment necessary to start the job and started drying the house out before any mold, even had a chance to get a foot held inside the house. I can’t say enough good things about ServPro of Northridge and Granada Hills. I had a horrific plumbing problem. Unbeknownst to me water was leaking into my ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. A huge piece of my living room ceiling and some walls were affected. First they had me tested for lead and asbestos. Then they sent in a team that did demo and a mold remediation. A floor to ceiling tent was around the area to contain the mold and bacteria. They bagged and carried out everything from the demo and left my place spotless... read more
