Terrible Servpro. USE ANOTHER FRANCHISE LOCATION their motto is “like it never happened” clean up after their “cleanup” would have been easier if they never showed up. This was an insurance claim from the hail damage that happen in April. 2 weeks after the left (and not before their construction team even started) they demanded payments and if you know anything about insurance claims once the contractor knows it’s a claim they should be dealing directly with them. I would have been better off had I not called them. Very combative and left the house looking worse than when I called. I’m sure Servpro is a great company I would suggest using a different franchise than this one.

Our basement flooded from a big storm. Serv pro was on the job quickly and did a great cleanup. Mike and Jeremy were knowledgeable professional polite and very helpful. Thank you both and the other crew as well. Allison and Angelica.
