Customer service extends far beyond a company selling and providing a service with a smile. It also reaches places like employees who drive company branded vehicles. Today while driving 485 inner around 12:15pm, doing 75 and passing vehicles in the right lane, I was aggressively tailed by a SERVPRO truck. I dont get it. Servpro sent out two of the best restoration technicians you can find. Mr. Steven and Mr. Felipe are very professional, neat and clean. They came out to remove water damage from our home by hand without using machines. They covered all of our furniture and used shoe covers while working inside our home. They are so respectful of our home and the contents. If you are in need of restoration services, please ask for Mr. Steven and Mr. Felipe, these men will take care of what needs to be done the right way with each visit.
