From start to finish this was a GREAT experience! An elder relative needed their carpet and linoleum floors removed due to significant damage and odor due to in-house animals. Ranson, the Servpro estimator was very professional and kind during the quoting process and even acknowledged that were some of the services recommended and agreed upon that were removed from the billing since it was determined that they were not going to be effective.
