I love this team! They are knowledgeable, respectful, prompt, thorough and very reasonable on cost. We've used them for 2 jobs at 2 different houses: one was water mitigation and vapor barrier, the other was fungal treatment and vapor barrier. If the job turns out to be less than they quoted, they adjust down and bill you a lower price. I highly recommend them!

I was referred to SERVPRO by my insurance company after a lightning strike caused a fire at my rental property. Initially, communication was polite and responsive with Stacie. However, things shifted dramatically when I asked for basic transparency—such as receiving the lockbox code to my own home and requesting to review bids before authorizing any work. If I could post zero stars, I would! Avoid Servpro System Service North Tulsa. We had tornado damage in Oklahoma on April 2nd. Our insurance company sent out people to help. They did nothing but cause a huge mess and charge us an enormous amount of money. Our insurance company doesn’t cover wind and hail damage, so we are out of pocket for the entire expenses. It was a terrible company to use and do nothing about our leaking. They are very unprofessional people and very rude. Stay away from Servpro!
