Make sure you understand exactly what they're going to do before you hire. We thought they were going to remove and replace the wall after mold remediation. 'Like it never happened' was what we thought. After removing and remediation, we were told that another crew would have to come and put it all back together! Then we were told that the 'recon' process had a 'minimum' labor charge and our job was too small to make it worth it!
