Five stars are not nearly enough. After a spontaneous oven fire, Emily and her crew Patricio, Maria, Barbara and Anthony left our home absolutely spotless. Can't thank them enough.

Unfortunately back in May, my furnace malfunctioned & caused a “puff back” at my residence in Roscoe,New York. This caused soot everywhere, from the basement to my second floor bedroom. Walls, floors, furniture, closets etc. Fortunately for me, I reached out to Nick from ServePro out of Middletown, New York. Nick came out the next day to do an inspection & take pictures of the damages. He then reached out to my insurance company, and within a week he scheduled his team to start the clean up. The work the team did on my mother’s basement was absolutely excellent. The crew lead was respectful and communicative and they all worked quickly but safely, and they were attentive to the small specific requests we made. The crew also protected all of our personal property while they worked on the damage.
