My husband and I were extremely pleased with the whole experience. Shortly after reaching out to Servepro explaining our situation, we received a call back from Salvatore. He came over and did a walk through to assess the scope of the job. He was very respectful and understanding of the sensitive nature of the cleanup and removal.
