I spoke with Rachael Leviner after she came and looked at water damage form a washing machine leak. I asked her to give me an estimate along with a plan of action she recommended for the water leak. Afew days went by and I never heard back from her. I called her back and she told me her elail account had been hacked (really??) She stated she would resend it after they got her a new email setup. I was so impressed at how quickly they responded when I called them.Our adjuster gave us the Oak Ridge number so I called it right away to get things moving. They were at our house within 30 minutes. From then on it was one let down after another. They did not keep the fans running to dry out our house. I called them about it. They came the next day and couldn't get it to run.
