We had soot and ash throughout our house since we were located so close to the Eaton Canyon wildfire. Michelle, Micah, and Toby linked us with Merson, Heidi and their VERY VERY HARDWORKING crew. I had a flood in my kitchen which caused mold. All the lower cabinets had to be removed. SERVPRO said they could do the job start to FINISH(like it never happened). After they removed the cabinets and did mold removal, they ABANDONED ME. Despite numerous phones calls and emails, they ghosted me. They left me with an unusable kitchen! BEWARE! DON'T USE THEM. THEY WILL ABANDON YOU BEFORE THE JOB IS COMPLETE

I called Servpro of North Hollywood after fixing my roof leak to remediate the mold that occurred on kitchen wall from the water damage. Even though they are in high demand they fit me into the schedule fairly quick. Tony and Toby made it happen! The technicians were professional, efficient and took care with my hardwood floors. I would definitely recommend Servpro of North Hollywood to friends, family and neighbors!
