The people they use doesnt know what they are doing.You talk to someone in the office and they say it is someone else.I told mary that they damage my dresser when they moved it.Is was at the beginning and now they are finished.almost 2 month later they have to come and take pitures again.Also they hire out to people that are can't stand up and fix there mistake. 10/9/2025 Just to let you know, THEY NEVER MADE IT RIGHT. Charged alot of money for the dehumidifier. I ended up piecing it together with different contractors. Very Disappointed with this SERVPRO location. Don't use them! I had a flood in my kitchen which caused mold. All the lower cabinets had to be removed. SERVPRO said they could do the job start to FINISH(like it never happened). After they removed the cabinets and did mold removal, they ABANDONED ME.
