SERVPRO of North Chandler is great to work with! I had several interactions with Tiffany there and she was more than helpful every time we talked. They are great with communication and didn't try to overcharge me for what they did... I have had that happen before with another restoration company I had here in the past. They were fantastic to work with.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this company has earned it. They removed the wrong baseboard during the project and left holes in the ceiling with insulation falling out of them when it was NOT NECESSARY. To make matters worse, we’ve now been waiting five weeks for them to send the required documentation to our insurance company—something they promised would be taken care of immediately. Vinny and Tiffany did a great job getting me through the process...We were out of town at the time of incident so they had to spend extra effort and time reaching us and coordinating schedules to get the mitigation completed...Excellent overall Experience dealing with an unfortunate event!!
