I had a terrible experience with Servpro. It was just awful. They started out real nice and polite. Then I noticed that they used cheaper material, like the tile - not the one I had picked. Didn’t notice til it was already installed. I could not check every day so they got away with that. Tub was not placed where it was before 3-4 inches off- not centered. Shower door was off also:( Some doors don’t close right, left dirty walls … I could go on and on. They took advantage bc I was not feeling well most days. Never again. 😞 ... read more
