We have used ServePro in the past and have been very happy with their services. However in the aftermath of the 7/19 storm, the two ServePro employees who came - for whom we had waited four hours - stood in 3 inches of water in our basement and told us they could do nothing “until a plumber looked at the sump pump.” And they weren’t even going to call the plumber. A word of caution to future customers considering SERVPRO of North Arlington: We hired them for mold remediation at my parents' home and experienced a significant lack of transparency in their estimate. The quote included the detachment of essential systems (HVAC and hot water heater) as part of their service, yet it did not explicitly state that reattachment would be a separate service requiring additional scheduling and payment. Terrible communication and dishonest billing. Would never use them again. Do yourself a favor and call Servpro of Bethesda instead who worked with me previously and did a much better job of communicating, explaining charges upfront and not over-billing with junk charges.

We are very pleased with the work of Servpro of North Arlington. A plumbing backup led to a complete renovation of our finished basement. The project manager, Jason Sines, was very knowledgeable and professional. We are happy we took his suggestions; they transformed a cramped, outdated rec room into a bright, inviting living space.

5 Stars Wow! Amazing results, great communication and coordination of all services, and immeasurable patience helping my elders feel comfortable with the entire process.
