This place has amazing customer service. They were very responsive when I called. I spoke to Jim Dietz who responded and answered me right away and helped me get in contact with someone about scheduling an inspection and then I spoke with Jim Simmang who also responded right away, and helped me with all of my questions regarding my mold issues and concerns. He really put me at ease about potential mold exposure and clarified a lot of my concerns. Great customer experience! Highly recommend!

Jim is top shelf! He immediately took my call early after we woke up to a broken water pipe behind the wall of our second- floor master bathroom flooding into the sink vanity and leaking through the ceiling into our downstairs. He came over immediately with his high-tech equipment and his experience, he found the issue and came up with an action plan and his crew started the restoration work. The company is very reliable and credible. The work attitude is very serious and hard-working. The speed of work is also very fast. Even if the work is over, it still helps customers solve problems. If I am in Los Angeles, I will choose this company as the first choice.

I cannot express, enough, how amazing this company is. Every employee is kind, accommodating and just plain amazing. They kept me up to date, called/texted before every appointment to assure I'd be there and would apologize for the inconvenience when they definitely were not one. Another satisfied customer from SERVPRO of Norco/Mira Loma. I had a water leak several years ago from a water heater that was located in the garage of my residence. The water stained a small area of drywall and the water heater was replaced. I recently discovered mold in the area of the stained drywall. I called SERVPRO of Norco/Mira Loma and spoke to Jim.
