I was left with a mess,for said repairs to Mel the owner of this business, only flooring completed, took almost 12,000 for work needed but ran out 9n work, patching holes in walls where areas of water bamage was,the kitchen cabinets placed in with mold all over backing and walls holes not filled in the 8ntire kitchen, I had to repair all holes, put up paneling to seal in walls . Unfortunately my daughter had a fire at her condo 10 days before her wedding. As you can imagine she was devasted. Servpro came in the morning after to meet with me and the Insurance agent and all i remember is Mel Kitchens and the agent went room by room to access the damage. They reviewed what had to be done and Mel Prioritized all the items (shoes, dresses, Reception items) that need to be handled first. Within 1 week all the Wedding items were PERECT again. We had major damage from Hurricane Helene in 2024. We were moved out of our home for ten months while we processed the damage, restored, and rebuilt. ServPro was an absolute blessing during this process! They thoroughly cleaned up damaged areas, worked very well with our contractor, packed up the entire house for storage when we moved out, and moved us back in in the summer of 2025. Every staff member we dealt with was friendly and reliable. Would highly recommend!!!
