Everyone on the “demolition” team was very polite and courteous. In fact they were quite pleasant. Several different team members came to preform different tasks that needed to be done. We had water in at least 5 rooms of our house. They answered, to their best ability, any and all questions I had. They took care in trying not to damage anything that needed to be moved or removed. I want to recognize the following people for a job well done. Chris, Levi, Christopher, Cole, Cassie, and Brittany.
Chris and Levi are angels from above!! An Airbnb guest clogged our toilet and flooded our entire bathroom and main bedroom with sewage. Servpro sent them out immediately and they were able to remove and clean the affected areas within 7 hours. I owe these men my life - could not recommend more 🩷
Friendly, honest, reliable and kind
My issues were many and not straight-forward. Brittany and Chris did a very thorough assessment and sorted through every issue meticulously. Chris took extra care in my home to keep demo to a minimum and kept the environment clean. He was respectful of my personal items and kept everything well-covered. Great job!!! Very much appreciated especially during a stressful time.
