Jose and Carlos were the idealism of customer service. I was at a doctor's appointment when they arrived at my apartment. I explained i was about 15-20 minutes away and wasn't aware they were coming. They politely replied " We can wait for you, we will clean the apartment so you can have your life restored " I was so overwhelmed.. you don't see customer service like this anymore... Servpro has stepped up in excellent service with outstanding employees like Jose and Carlos.

We had water damage from wind-driven rain on our porch and Servpro was the best, from start to finish. They showed up right away and remediated the water damage, isolated the problem, demolished what was necessary, fixed the leak and remodeled everything. It was just like it never happened. The staff was courteous and careful and arrived on schedule for every appointment. We couldn’t be happier with their work. Kudos to Rory, John, Baylen, Eric, Ray and Julio and all the team.

After fighting with my insurance to pay out a damage claim for a year and going through two different contractors who had enough of the headache as well, I contacted Servpro and decided to give them a shot. 10/10! I used ServPro New London for water remediation after a flood. The team was at my home within a hour of my call. Everything was explained to me in detail. Everyone was polite, professional and respectful of my home. I had multiple visits and calls over the course of 5 or so weeks and every interaction was the same. Part of my home required demolition and when it was complete, they were so thorough one of the men was cleaning up the floor and my stairs on his hands and knees.
