Everyone was polite, professional and respectful of my home. I had multiple visits and calls over the course of 5 or so weeks and every interaction was the same. I am amazed that Servpro accepted the challenge! We own Race Rock Lighthouse and it is so difficult to land there, let along unload your equipment (there is no electricity)! Servpro's John O'Sullivan accepted the challenge and spent six hours out at the lighthouse last week. He and his aid did a fantastic job under less than ideal conditions.
