I called with a non emergency situation, they took all my info and said they’d call back. I didn’t hear back for a week and called again. They said they didn’t even have me in the system, sorry Katy calling you out. The second person took info again and said they would get back with me. They did not. They never gave me a reference number. I called for a third time and got someone for the Servpro main office, I guess the national office.
