I just had water damage work done after a pipe burst. They came out immediately and stopped by daily to make sure the equipment was working and to work on the demolition. After a week everything was dried out, damaged drywall and flooring was removed, and it was ready for repair. Brandon and Josh were very helpful.
Kymel, Brandon, and the entire crew that serviced my house were outstanding! They were thorough and communicated consistently throughout the project. Highly recommended!!
Recently used this company to help with a plumbing leak in bathroom. They responded quickly, however service as a whole was lacking. The drying out process overall went okay (they did fail to communicate I was able to use toilet the day they pulled up floor - I only have 1 bathroom and when I got home bathroom. Was sealed off/ zippered shut (see picture) when the job was complete I actually had to contact them to not only get my door put back on, but to also get back the opener I gave them for access. We had a pipe burst in our basement in -30 degree weather while we were out of the country, everything was ruined. Kymel and team saved us. They worked with us while we were still abroad and mitigated the situation right away, having most of the work done before we even got home.
