This review is for the mitigation/demo team of this branch. To preface this review, I am a Regional Property Manager of 650 units of affordable housing across 3 states. (Credibility for this review) I recently had a fire that affected 85% of a two bedroom townhome layout in New Bern, NC. My water heater overflowed so I needed water remediation. Mr. Clements and his associate were outstanding. Today Justin and Allen returned to retrieve dryer and haul away junk. The kindness and professionalism these two men displayed was outstanding. They are examples of outstanding customer service. I hope I don't need you again, but if I do this company will be called. Justin W and Allen did a great job. Came home from vacation to all my floor flooded and they came in immediately, got all my wet flooring, walls and anything else out of the house and out of the way. Very professional and set up quickly. Explained the process to us and just all around did a stellar job. If I ever need help again then they’re going to be my first call!!
