After calling servpro they had a crew out within two hours. It took another ten and they had identified all the water issues pulled the effected pad moved all furniture or stabilized it. They moved over 50 boxes of stuff and furniture into the garage-then they started cleaning. Over 30 dryers and dehumidifiers started doing their work. It was a 12 hour day!

Kaleb P is a star! He is knowledgeable and professional about servpro operations and works well with his team.Armondo was knowledgeable as well and answered questions I had as he was doing the demo I had water damage that took 6 days to dry and Kaleb was in contact daily making visits as well as keeping me updated by emails. He was very sensitive to my situation and needs. I look forward to talking to the reconstruction team.
