Avoid this company if you can SERVPRO initially came across as professional, and Josh/Chris were great at answering my questions, but that ended as soon as the actual work started. The mitigation crews were incredibly careless and caused a lot of additional damage - chipped and busted trim, gouges in the walls, damaged column base, cracked tile, etc None of this was pointed out to me while they were on site. The guys did a great job. We had Josh Tyler Shon Jonny and Matt. They were all very professional pleasant and worked together to get the job done. We were very happy with the job they did and the time it took to get it done.

Shon and Jonny was great had no problems with him at all. When they went to set up their dehumidifiers and their other machine they were asking me where they could put them and they listen to me when I made suggestions as to where they could go as to not interrupt our operations at the post. I would highly recommend those two to any other job that they ever go to. They were very professional from start to finish.
