Servpro did a complete demoulding and basement waterproofing for us. They were friendly, hardworking, prompt and professional. They took away many pieces of mouldy furniture and contents, I think above and beyond the call. Two negatives: one day, one worker working alone carelessly dropped valuable artifacts of ours, and then placed them upside down! This upset me greatly.
