Excellent service. The customer service, the prompt service for my sister’s carpet (a cancer patient who’s in the hospital) in Tahlequah and called prior to appointment time to let me know they were on their way. They were very courteous and professional. They told me what they were going to do. I highly recommend Manuel Meeks, Ft Gibson, OK. Highly recommend. Will use again in the future.

Casey’s Serv Pro crew that returned belongings to my house, have been absolutely great. They were very careful about everything they brought into the house.
My experience with Servpro was mixed. We had a fire a few months ago that led to mostly smoke and water damage. Floors, ceilings, and insulation had to be removed. They had to seal the attic. They did a good job coating all the timber in the attic, but they also successfully got sealant on my windowsill and, somehow, outdoor grill. I could have painted over the windowsill but instead they ripped it out without consulting me.
