Took nearly 4 months to complete a fairly small restoration job after a sewage leak to our upstairs bathroom. Got a new PM mid project as the one we started with mysteriously disapeared. We were faced with a sewer line leak in our basement. Cameron and his team professionally addressed the haul off and clean up in a expedited manner. If ever faced with a similar situation, we would definitely use them again!
Very impressed ! Cameron and his crew were thorough, prompt and professional. They dealt directly with the insurance adjuster to take some of the burden off of us during an already stressful time. Would highly recommend to anyone needing their services.
I recently had flooding from a hose that came off in my bathroom. Flooded bath, br, 3 closets and hallway. Servpro out of Mt. Airy was great! Got everything dried out and no mold. Very polite, respectful young men.Very knowledgeable. Would absolutely recommend and would use again.

This one gives me the opportunity to explain myself and my issues with your company since according to Sherry there is no one else I can talk to.
