Servpro and the clean-up team came to my mom's house the day after Christmas after a sewage back-up flooded her finished basement. They did a great job and I wish I could remember everyone's name who helped with cleaning up all the sewage, with the sanitation, with packing up my mom's furniture and home decor, etc. They also had to put in new floors and had to bring everything back out of storage. On the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, we had a waterline blow off, going to the dishwasher. It damaged our kitchen, dining room and wash room. I called ServPro and Cameron Trubin called me straight back. He came by within a couple of hours and gave me an estimate for the remediation. We stayed in a motel over the holiday weekend while the floors were taken up and everything dried and anti mold prevention put in. That was the last thing they have done to our house. Took nearly 4 months to complete a fairly small restoration job after a sewage leak to our upstairs bathroom. Got a new PM mid project as the one we started with mysteriously disapeared. Weeks would go by with no work getting done and no updates. I was usually the one that had to reach out first to get updates. Sometimes we felt forgotten about. Communication could have been better. We were faced with a sewer line leak in our basement. Cameron and his team professionally addressed the haul off and clean up in a expedited manner. If ever faced with a similar situation, we would definitely use them again!
