RecommendedThey were here within 2 hours of us calling after we had our septic system back up into our basement. From start to finish, they were compassionate, responsive, and professional. They did all of the clean up and remediation and followed it through until it was handed over to a construction/remodeling company. Despite many complications due to our house being older, they worked with our insurance company and made it all easy for us. We couldn’t recommend them more. They were excellent!
This is a quick shout out to Morgan, who handled our claim and stayed in contact with us throughout an ordeal with a house fire in December and we weren't able to get back in until May. SERVPRO packed up, transported, cleaned everything excellently, and returned them on the date we returned to the home. A huge thank you to him and Amanda Hayslett (with her crew of Christian, Scott, and Xavier) from the Roanoke location. We would not have kept our sanity without you! We had a great experience working with Servpro. Our Dance Studio unfortunately had water damage due to negligence of an A/C company. We had to have floors replaced, a wall ripped out, treated, dried and replaced, plus electrical issues.
