Highly recommend Servpro of Monrovia. Literally one word sums up our experience with Servpro of Monrovia ..Exceptional! #1 their franchise is Cal. This is the second time we’ve worked with Servpro, but the first time it was with the Monrovia branch. Jaime was our contact and he was amazing. He explained every step of the process with all the details I needed and answered all of my questions. He always answered my calls or got back to me in a timely manner. I felt like he went over and beyond the standard customer service and we really had an exceptional experience because of everything he did.

Jaime and Herberto from Servpro of Monrovia turned what should have been a straightforward project into an absolute mess. Their workmanship was terrible—corners were cut, and the quality was far below acceptable standards. On top of that, they took no responsibility for their mistakes and showed zero accountability for the delays and poor execution. I’ve never encountered such unprofessionalism from a supposedly reputable company. If you care about your project being done right, avoid this team at all costs.

I loved working with Servpro! Honestly they were so quick to try and resolve all my issues after my house got flooded. They were able to get everything fixed quickly and our house looked great after! They also helped with inventory of all our affected items in our house and making sure everything was accounted for. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for a professional team!
