My dad went into the hospital and quickly had to be permanently moved into an assisted living place. We had some special needs due to messes my elderly dad had made right before he went into the hospital and Jaime and his team were able to squeeze us in pretty last minute and did an amazing job. He had great communication and let us know every step of the way how it was going. I felt very at ease having him there and my dad‘s place. Highly recommend!

SERVPRO to the rescue! The team at SERVPRO of Monrovia was fast, friendly, and thorough. Everyone was easy to talk to and the booking happened quickly! I really appreciate the fair estimate and good communication at this SERVPRO. Jaime was very helpful! I intend to use them again in the future.

Our experience with ServPro Monrovia was extremely positive. From the start, they connected regularly with us, heard our needs and proceeded accordingly. Also, they were extremely reasonable in collaborating with our insurance claim adjuster, for which we are very grateful. Highly recommend Servpro of Monrovia. Literally one word sums up our experience with Servpro of Monrovia ..Exceptional! #1 their franchise is Cal. This is the second time we’ve worked with Servpro, but the first time it was with the Monrovia branch. Jaime was our contact and he was amazing. He explained every step of the process with all the details I needed and answered all of my questions. He always answered my calls or got back to me in a timely manner. I felt like he went over and beyond the standard customer service and we really had an exceptional experience because of everything he did.
