I am a master carpenter who has personally designed and remodeled this home with care and expertise. Servpro’s workmanship was not only unacceptable — it was negligent, unsafe, and may have gone unnoticed by someone without my level of expertise. We had demolition done in our basement. Our team of Jon, Donovan, Mikhai and Teresa did a great job from top to bottom. Scheduling the job, removing furniture, and the demolition itself were all done with, care, professionalism and efficiency. They were also very kind and understanding of our needs. We would not hesitate to use them again.
