I INFORMED NICK AND ROB THAT I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF THEY COULD MOVE THE TRAILER THAT'S BLOCKING THE SUN FROM MY HOUSE. NEW YORK SUMMER IS SHORT. I HAVE PLANTS THAT NEEDS SUN. I MADE CALLS SPOKE TO BOTH OF THEM, THEY, I AGREED TTEXTED BOTH OF THEM . THEY BOTH GAVE ME THE MIDDLE FINGER.

Terrible service. We used them for smoke related damage (sooth around the apartment and clothes). 1. They will ghost you after getting the contract signed. 2. There is no supervision and the workers, who don’t speak English, did a terrible job. We had to show them visible sooth in bathroom, closet, kitchen cabinets. After 3 tries and watching each of them individually they cleaned those spaces. 3. I gave them new clothes with tags on them. They were hung on hangers and brought back.
