ServPro made a very unfortunate event into a smooth transition into repairs. Jake Michels sent his best crew out at 3am. Kage and Kate were first on the scene and did an eye opening job mitigating the initial water damage in less than an hour. Over the next few days, Kage continued his his superior work with his coworkers Kate and Larry. All four in the water mitigation crew did an amazing job. I called Shawn Weiss late last night. Not only did he help me last night, but followed thru first thing this morning. The staff that came to help us were outstanding, professional, respectful and kind. We had a death in our family and needed some professional cleaning. This is a job I would not even know how to begin. They came in and took care of everything for us. I giant thank you to Shawn and the ladies that came to help, you are the best!

We had water damage from an upstairs radiator. Water ran down the walls to the main floor and down to the basement. Serv-Pro came the very next day and checked all the wet areas and set up their industrial Dehumidifier right away. The team came every day to check on their unit and they did a fantastic job. Their team was always professional and kept us informed on the status. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. They made a horrible situation less stressful. THANK YOU TO THE TEAM THAT SERVICED US IN TAWAS.
