My 84 year old mother contacted this company after another company failed to to assist her in getting her property repaired and remediated from a water leak that occurred Feb 11th. They came out to look at the damage and told her they would submit a bid to her insurance company and get started. This was almost 2 months ago and no bid was ever submitted and there has never been any follow up. I had an amazing experience with the Servpro team — Carlos, Junior, Sally, and Alice. They were professional, friendly, and paid great attention to detail from start to finish. You could really tell they take pride in their work. Everything they did was thorough and top-notch! I truly appreciate how smooth and stress-free they made the whole process. They took our stuff after a fire to be cleaned and this is what we got back. We ended up wiping down everything ourselves. They also ended up losing the hardware to one of our beds and a desk, and broke two of our mirrors which we didn’t notice until too late as we were in the middle of a move.
