We had an unexpected leak that saturated part of our basement, the day after we closed on our first home. Josh and his team at ServPro were prompt to come out, scope the issue, and begin remediation. Work was very thorough and the team identified the source of the leak so that we were able to quickly address it. We had a plumbing leak which collapsed our kitchen ceiling and flooded down to the basement. Serv Pro arrived within an hour of my call and a clean up team was here shortly after. The mitigation took days and John, Luan, Lucas, Nick, Cole, Cam T and Cam M did an outstanding job. They ensured that we could use the kitchen throughout the process. Excellent response and excellent results.
