We had water damage this year in a small area near our front door and contacted Servpro for restoration. It was a very positive experience. Communication was smooth and efficient throughout the process, and they also helped us with filing the insurance claim. Andrew Jeremy and his colleague did an excellent job with the water mitigation. I was dealing with water damage after a burst pipe. My first time in this situation. Thank god I contacted ServPro. They came in an emergency the same day, they got the house stabilized with heat and dehumidifiers, they removed tons of wet material, and in the end the entire space is clean and very dry.
