Manhattan has a city ordinance of clearing sidewalks, a Servpro vehicle with Iowa plates is daily blocking the sidewalk a block from an elementary school forcing kids and moms with strollers to cross behind the vehicle and use the street to get back on sidewalk. If this is neighborhood safety ignored I imagine other safety issues are ignored as well.
