Had a few issues with billing after work was done but they handled it in partnership with my insurance to make things right. The work itself was done cleanly and professionally. I have since changed my review.

Get a second quote. Or something In writing. Was estimated $4000 to have the basement cleaned after the July 5th storm. Pretty straight forward job. They ended up charging my insurance $8,700 taking most of my policy allowance leaving me with little for other things. Pushy from the start and should have listened to the red flag.

These guys go above and beyond what’s expected! Dre and Jake take pride in their work. When they came out to my house they were very respectful, and knowledgeable. They came to clean up a mess Prior to what another company left behind, they did a beautiful tremendous job, very professional. they did an awesome job protecting my floors and respecting my home, would definitely recommend Servpro for future jobs. Looking forward to the build of my kitchen. Wanna say thank you Jake and thank you Dre for your quality work!!!

Unfortunately I can't give less than one star. We had a water line break in our upstairs bathroom. It damaged the bathroom floor, living room ceiling, living room floor and walls beneath the break. Our home insurance used ServePro. They took most of the summer to fix it while we lived in a hotel and did a crap job. They didn't even paint everything like they were supposed to in the living room or stairwell. The floor they put in is already cracked in multiple places throughout the living room and dinning room. Called Servpro for an estimate for fixing my house after a water mitigation job that was done previously by a different contractor. Few days later I called back since I didn’t hear anything and they assured me they would have someone call me. Called a few days later (my 3rd phone call) and was told someone will reach out later that night. Been over a week and never had anyone call me back.
