Have called them 3 times to have them assess some musty orders in my home and have not heard from them at all. I'm afraid if they were to call, I wouldn't have the trust needed to have them do the work. Can't return a phone call means poor customer service, but I would like to talk to them since all other reviews seem very favorable.
