This Servpro was operating in Florida immediately after Hurricaine Ian. I was able to get hold of the team leader who offered to come to inspect the situation for $300. Afterwards the report was $200, so I paid $500 total. He arrived quickly however his assessment of my situation was way off. Water had seeped through the slab due to the driving 140 mph wind and rain making the tile grout moist and discolored.
