In the beginning process of having to reach out due to soot damage every thing was good, after returning to my home after nearly 6moths staying in hotel, I noticed that paint torch up was required, Ron came to home several times, however the last time he came he was frustrated and start another waited trip, and cursed, I was home alone and I didn’t feel comfortable, my phone when this occurred and didn’t appreciate the tone in which he overheard. SerPro was extremely good and I was very impressed with their work. The mitigation team came in and did the work so quickly. Now the the reconstruction team is taking measurements to reconstruct. Bothe teams have been nice and explains the process. Thank you
