Had a flood in kitchen, family room, hallway, bathroom, and Living room. Called Insurance company immediately and they referred us to Servpro. They came out right away, with a wonderful crew headed by Jordan Greer. Jordan took over and kept us informed on everything. Toni and Lucas came out to do our mitigation. They were on time, very professional and we above and beyond to explain the entire process. Their communication was impeccable and they answered any and all of our questions. They even to the time to explain what they were doing to my son (who has autism)… which meant a lot.
