We called, they came out the next day. Kaiser was awesome. They sent Nick to tape up the bathroom. Nick was awesome, very personable, friendly. He came out Saturday just to check, when we told him we thought a fan had shut down!

They came out right away, with a wonderful crew headed by Jordan Greer. Jordan took over and kept us informed on everything.
