Tabitha was here assessing the water damage and she was very thorough. She found places that were wet that no one else did. I am very pleased with her service. She did more in one visit than others did in 3 visits.

The team that helped me cleanup from a washer accident that flooded my top floor and leaked to the basement, was top notch. They arrived within the hour I called, had fans and dehumidifiers running that day. They checked in every 24 hours to ensure proper drying was occurring, and conducted themselves very professionally. Servpro Lee's Summit has been working hard and steady with us since last Thursday, redeeming the house from a water pipe incident. We have a long way to go but the people in this company are super to work with. Special shouts out to Nate, project supervisor, Michael, Hannah in the office, Eric, Dakota, Tabitha, and Jacob.
