Servpro Lee's Summit has been working hard and steady with us since last Thursday, redeeming the house from a water pipe incident. We have a long way to go but the people in this company are super to work with. Special shouts out to Nate, project supervisor, Michael, Hannah in the office, Eric, Dakota, Tabitha, and Jacob. Hope i didn't miss anyone. Water damage is so invasive but this crew is on it with a vengeance. Planning to have SERVPRO continue to complete the restoration as well. Week of November 17th, Tabitha and Jacob did an awesome job of cleaning an HVAC room and two storage areas after the reconstruction of 2/3 of a finished basement following a sewer back up. Sheetrock dust over general dust not a task I was up to. Tabitha was on the original clean up of the back up and that was a very positive experience. This time she and Jacob were again very efficient and thorough in completing the task at hand. Again I give them 20 out of scale of 1-10.

I had excellent experience with David Goatley. He was my 1st initial contact with Servpro. David came out to look and assess my damage. David was very kind and was extremely patient with me. Taking all the time I needed to explaining what the process was going to be. I have been a widow for over a year and my husband had always been the one to take care of these kinds of problems. David could see how upset I was, how difficult it was for me to have to deal with water damage and mold. His kindness was calming and comforting. ... read more
