My basement was flooded due to a faulty sump pump. They came withing 24 hours to give an estimate. To prevent mold clean up should begin within 24 to 48 hours. It took 1 week to receive a written estimate. I believe the reason is because we were self pay and not going through insurance. I have dealt with Servpro in the past (another location), They had a crew on-site working the same day as the call was made. Not impressed with their business practices or customer service.
