Very disappointed with the service. We have fire damage in our camp. Hardly anything has been done. Going on 3 weeks and excuse after excuse as to why they are not doing the work they are contracted to do. Would not recommend. If i could put a negative star i would. Update: After having a conversation with Miguel the owner. They came up and did a great job. Sent Akim and his partner. Place looks great. 2 full days and you wouldn't know we had a fire. Thank you

Miguel and his team helped us through an extremely trying time . The Lebanon Elks lodge is a local landmark and to have a disaster strike was very upsetting to us. Nick, Kyle, and Pedro did their best to guide us through the steps to help get us back to normal. Kyle was professional and friendly as he walked us through the process and explained everything as he worked. Nick kept us informed and updated every step of the way. Excellent experience from start to finish with ServPro! Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. Cody called me within 30 minutes of submitting the request for service online. Akim was fantastic, very helpful and patient. He outlined the process and timeline, was very patient with my many questions, and made sure I was clear on the next steps before they wrapped up their part of the project. I'm very happy with the service and results! I highly recommend them.
