Servepro was good and quickly came to help me with the flood in my basement. Akim was communicative, and accomodating.
I have had SERVPRO and Akim's team work on my property twice now and both times was very happy with the results. The work done was accurately reflected in the estimate, the job was thorough and both projects were completed timely. There were no hidden surprises, I was kept apprised of the work and progress being made as I was not on property as the work was being completed. On the second job request they were able to squeeze me into their already tight schedule! Akim and team did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend!
