We had a water line leak in our newly purchased home and Servpro got in quick and helped us assess the situation, and got to work just as quick. Starting with the water mitigation team Servpro did an outstanding job handling my claim! Mike and his crew came in and were able to make a ton of progress quickly. They definitely have experience and knowledge to get everything remediated. I really appreciated him keeping me in the loop with everything that was going on on a daily basis. Hope I never have to use them again, but if I have to, I’ll give them a call.
So far I have been well satisfied
They are great to work with. Very professional, but personable too. Their main concern is the customer so they will work with the insurance for you. I would definitely recommend them. they let you know every step of the way on what they’re doing. I’m making sure the insurance covers it.
