I would like to give a shout out to Taz he done an Amazing job. They were here with in 30 minutes of calling to check everything out and was back the next morning bright and earlier to rip out my kitchen that had flooded. Taz made sure to come back in each day to check on the dryers they had to sit up and answers any questions we might of had. He made the process fast and smooth as possible.
I had a flood during a pandemic! Without Jake’s consideration and expertise, I would have lost it. Thanks Jake!
We had water damage in our finished basement and our insurance company coordinated Servpro to come and evaluate the situation. Jake Mitchell, senior crew chief, was who was scheduled for the review. His communication skills were outstanding (confirming appointments and making phone contact before each scheduled visit.)
