We had a complete disaster in the new home we had just purchased, and SERVPRO stepped in and took care of everything from the initial mitigation all the way through the bathroom remodel. My mother-in-law always raved about SERVPRO, so when we discovered water damage and mold in our master bathroom, they were the first company we called. Unfortunately, our experience was nothing like what we expected. I want to start by saying Tom was great. He helped us navigate the insurance process and had a good plan for our bathroom. Jeff from SERVPRO Layton/Kaysville responded quickly, and was communicative through the whole process. Everyone who came was professional, respectful, thoughtful and friendly. Jeff, Carlos, Ethan, Jackson and Brad are really hard workers, great communicators and all around excellent crew - they worked well as a team. We could not be more pleased. They showed up when they said they would and made sure we understood the steps and what was coming next. I would recommend them to everyone!!

Servpro is always our go to. They have helped us multiple times with water on our would floors, mold on our bathrooms, backup of our water pipes, etc. Always professional. Always quick to respond.
