My very first experience with a flooded basement. Servpro came to the rescue. It was a tough situation and they stuck with me and got it done, thanks to highly professional, responsive and dedicated team under their management. I hope it never happens to me again, but if it does… I’m calling SERVPRO!

Two young men, and I can’t remember both of their names, one of them was Dakota I believe, were dispatched to my house to deal with a water leak that happened when I was gone. They were both extremely professional, explained everything to me very well, and did a great job. They checked in daily, and would come over and take dryness readings to see how the progress was coming. I am very pleased and was actually surprised by the level of service that ServePro provided. Thank you both so much for your help!
