Great experience all around. I worked with Gina on the phone, and we talked about the specific cleaning that I needed done in my basement. She requested some photos of the area to be cleaned, and then she came back with an estimate on time that would be required and a fair price for the cleaning needed. If I could give more than 5 stars on the folks that did the actual cleaning, I would. And “great” isn’t enough praise for their work. I was super happy with everything, and I appreciate their help very much.
Brian’s team at Servpro were nothing short of amazing. A week ago our dog got skunked directly in the face, and the smell permeated throughout our ENTIRE house.
